CRC Freeze-Off Super Penetrant - 11.5oz Aerosol Low VOC Formula. Can be shipped to all states except Alaska or Hawaii. Immediately drops the temperature of the area in direct contact with the spray. The freezing effect cracks rusted surfaces, allowing the lubricating solvent to penetrate faster and work more effectively than other penetrant products. Freeze & cracks rust for deeper penetration. Dissolves rust, gums & corrosion. Lubricating film displaces water & prevents corrosion. Not for use on plastics.
